Chef Patricia Rios
Owner and Master Chef, Patricia Rios was born in the small town of Chiclayo, Peru. At the age of twenty-one, she decided to move to the United States to make her dream come true. Chef Patricia Rios received her first culinary experience from her mother, Mariela. As a teenager, she worked at a Peruvian restaurant where she mastered the art of ceviches. Upon high school graduation, Patricia was offered a full scholarship at one of the most renown culinary schools in Peru, D’Gallia where she specialized in Peruvian cuisine. Now, chef Patricia can share her passion to her customers and provide a world-class cuisine and sophisticated service.
